"Older" guy looking for advice on unique situation

Greetings board:

I'm considering steroids, done some research, but not finding a lot that meets my situation.

A little about me: age 35, working out for over 20 years, played fb until I was 27, 6-4, 290lbs, about 20 percent bf, currently bench about 375, front squat 315, clean 305

Ive lost about 30 percent strength over the last 6 years, and my joints feel horrible.

Goals - help leaning up, help joint pain, keep strength AND metabolic conditioning as I do a lot of crossfit.
 
A good ol' test cycle with a low to moderate dose of Deca would do wonders for your goals I believe. It is usually not advised for someone to use Deca in their first cycle.. but then again you are far from a beginner when it comes to weight training and you obviously have a good base to work with. Before starting the cycle though, I would try to get your body fat % down just a tad... somewhere between 15-16%. A good month of proper dieting and working out should get you to where you need to be.

For your cycle, I would use Test Enanthate, Deca Durabolin, and GW-501516 (would work wonders for crossfit). For support you will need an AI (Armidex or Aromasin), and cabergoline to combat prolactin due to the Deca. Then of course a good PCT to help yourself recover. I would plan your Cycle like this.

1-14 Test E 500 mg/week
1-12 Deca 200 mg/week
1-14 GW-501516 10mg/day

1-14 Aromasin 12.5 mg EOD
1-14 Caber .5 mg E3D
 
I think you really need to loose some weight and come to the realization that lifting heavy is no longer good for your joints.

Terrible advice. A Deca cycle for a guy who is at 20% bf?
14 weeks of gw which may or may not cause cancer with long term use?

Op needs to clean up his diet and mix up hiit cardio with his weights for a while to get his bf down.
 
I actually recommended to get the body fat lower first.. and then using a low dose of Deca to help with the joints. Not bad advice at all there brah. And the GW would be a great benefit for someone doing cross fit training. I see no harm in running it for 12-14 weeks at a moderate dose.. that is not going to give him cancer.

Deca is not good for the joints, deca masks the pain and you end up continuing to damage them. So yes that is bad advice.
What the OP should do for cologene growth is either or a combination of the following: EQ, Primo, Mast and Anavar.
Also test should be run at a very low level just to because you will be shut down. Test at greater than 200mg per week actaully inhibits cologene growth.
So first loose weight and stop lifting heavy those two things will ultimately keep you from working out.
Clean up your diet, learn to eat like a 14% BF person eats.
Lastly add some aas to grow tissue to reduce pain.

And add in MK677 - gh peptide that can be taken orally and helps joints.

A simple cycle of Testosterone and growth hormone ought to help you.

Wow you shouldn't post about thing you think "ought" to help bro.
That is not good advice, please read my post above to find out why.
