Sorry if i offended anybody by saying 40 is old,didnt mean to.......i have to agree that theres a lot of 40's that look better than me,now i want to thank u guys for the replys and i'll keep in mind all the advices,the guy is in pretty good shape and dieting well so,his exercise routine is good and all thats left to do is get him some "suplements"i'm gonna do a bit more research just to be on teh safe side....thanks once again
