I'm 44 and have been experimenting with short cycles. 4 weeks on 4 weeks off. They seem to keep me motivated. I don't gain a lot of weight but I keep what I gain. I usually take avena sativa and creatine, along with clomid or nolvadex, post cycle. Sometimes I have a lull in my sex drive, but nothing serious. I use prop for these cycles, so everything is in and out when I quit.
