Posting my first pics. I didn't have anyone to take pics so excuse the lack of poses..

This was last year, I was about 225 in this picture, 6'1.

These are from 1 year later, after a couple of bulks and cuts. I am sitting at around 216 right now. I look a lot leaner..

Been BB'ing seriously for three years now. Started at 245 with a 41 inch waist! Down to a 34 inch waist now
