Hey guys/girls

I have been reading boards for sometime now. This is one of the most informational boards I have found.

I am 41, 5'8" 185lbs, not in bad shape but not very good anymore. I use to work out (12+ years ago) 5-6 days a week for 2hrs a day with a partner. I got Hepatitis B and it literally almost killed me. Went from 165lbs down to 130 in about 2 weeks and it was all muscle. :(

I have never been able or had the energy to get back into working out full time. I try to keep active with outdoors stuff but it's not enough. It seems every time I get back into the gym something happens like this last time got a bruised rotator cuff and fractured humerus (shoulder ball). I may need surgery soon due to some torn tendons. :rolleyes:

I'm looking at starting up the weight training again but nothing to aggressive. I would really like to find out some information on stacking roids. I have never used them but I need something to get me a little more motivated and help the body kick start. From what I have read and think I am looking for with moderate gains is a Primobolan & Winstol stack.

Please provide me with any suggestions or information you may have that may be helpful.

It would be very beneficial to you to build a good base before you staeting using AAS. One reason being that is important not to become completely reliant on steroids to gain mass. You need to get your diet and training in check first off. Another good reason is that you need to build up your tendons and ligaments as the increase in strength will do a great deal of wear and tear on your body. it could lead to injuries down the line.
 
Good points and I had not planned on using right away. I have noticed (thank God) that my body still does respond fairly quickly still and remembers what it use to be like, to a point.

I still would like to get the research done and figure out exactly what I will be needing/wanting and have a plan of attach set. I also would like to figure out exactly or close to how much it's going to cost me ahead of time so maybe I can save up a little.

Another reason for using this Forum is members like you, no one seems to be pushing AAS but education on the proper was to use it if you are going to use it and alternatives.

Oh btw, just got done looking a pictures of Theegame2544's and I would have to say I'm in considerably better shape that what he started out, not nearly the body fat and my arms are still good size/strength.

You stated you might need surgery. I wouldn't touch juice until after you get it done. It would be a waste of money.

Welcome to the boards, I agree with the bro's here you will need a solid foundation before adding Hi octane juice.
I would start adding a multi-vitamin/mineral, and start planning a solid diet,supplementing with Flax oil,Creatine.

Thanks again for the advise. I understand that it would be a waste of time to start now not knowing if I need surgery or not and had no intention of starting now but like I stated I want to figure out what I will need so when I am ready I don't have to go through months of trial and error of trying to figure out what to get and where; make sense? I like to plan ahead instead of doing it at the last minute.

Talked to the doctor again today and it might just be that the bone is bruised real good and also the deltoids. I might get lucky and it not be a tendon and no surgery required just a lot of slow strength building.

Now, what about my stack? Primobolan & Winstol. Will it get me decent results? I'm not looking for huge growth and only plan on doing like a 8 week cycle just to get me to a good point then maintain it naturally hopefully.
 
165 to 130 in two weeks! that is shocking! could that possibly be muscle, or just water loss? is it possible to lose muscle that fast?!?! best of luck in your recovery lovb.
 
Oh trust me it was muscle. I didn't have much fat and when I noticed my arm were almost the same size as my wrist I knew something was wrong. :worried:

My doctor told me about 2 weeks after being diagnosed with Hepatitis B that my red blood cell count was so far off that he did not think I would live. He said he wasn’t a big naturalist but whatever I was taking keep taking it.

I was drinking and eating a lot of amino acids, milk thistle and tons of other natural stuff back then. As soon as I found out I was sick I also started on Golden Seal This was back in 1991.

I still would like some tips on when I start what to start with and how much. Where would be helpful also. [email protected] or let me know how you would like to communicate.
