old injuries

about two years ago i was in a head on collision where my chest and left shoulder got damaged pretty good. ever since then i could barely do flat bench presses and afterwards my chest just doesnt feel like its getting hit (probably because i cant do heavy weights) my chest is really small compaired to the rest of me
machine pec flys seem to work the best
anyother suggestions?

What was your shoulder injury? If your scapula movemoent is compromised so will your ability to horizontaly adduct your arms. Perhaps strengthening the supporting muscles (seratus anterior, deltoids and rotators) will improve your ROM.
