Old Cyp. Powder?

I have some bulk powder CYP. thats a few years old. It is in a vacume bag and still sealed well. The out side edges show a bit of melting but otherwise looks good. Use it or toss it?

Really, I don't think it will kill you. I would see if it holds in syspension if so its more than likely good. Powders should be good for a long time properly stored.
