Great Log steve. I want to run something similar soon. Can you post or PM your routine? I'm doing a push/pull/legs/iso right now and am wondering what your is like. And for all us non plat users post those pics on a link.

I have 3 splits.

day 1: pushing exercises
day 2 : pulling exercises
day 3 : legs.

I mix in cardio AFTER my workouts, usually i rest for a bit and find a hottie to run next to on the treadmill :)
so I am working the same muscle groups every 4 days if I go ED.

the key is I always start with large exercises first and go heavy. then as my workout progresses I go less weight and more reps as I isolate. my routines and the exercises I do change, I try to use different machines etc.

I posted an example of my pushing split earlier in the log.

here is my leg split from yesterday..

clean and jerks, 3 sets X 6 reps. 135 pounds, 155 pounds and then 175 pounds. unfortunately i have to use yoga pads cause my gym doesn't have mats so i really cannot go heavy and risk failing on these reps. I used to workout at Worlds Gym back in the day and they had a clean and jerk section you could go heavy and not worry cause there was plenty of padding you could drop the bar.

squats. 3 sets. X 6 reps.. 135, 225, 315

leg machine 3 sets

calves 6 sets total.

5 minute rest

"around the world" holding a 45 pound weight in each hand and walking around the gym.. half of the walk on my tippie toes.

another walk but this time a 45 pound weight on my back.. i feel these walks are a great way to strengthen the leg core, kinda like a mule having to carry things on their back and building strength

5 minute rest

half mile on treadmill jog.. 9 minute pace

Thanks Steve. Heavy lifting there. compound exercises to get huge. Like it. How come clean and jerks on leg? I do those on my push but really they are total body. Again, I'll be following this closely so I can learn when I do my cycle in the winter. Thanks for the post.

militaries would be pushing.. clean and jerks are mostly legs. its mostly in the legs even on the jerk, its one motion. in a powerfliting competition if you don't lock the elbows you are DQ'd, its all technique.. watch moya's video, he has excellent technique

Do you feel any shortness of breath while doing cardio from the tren yet?

worked out this morning.

did centuries.

10X10 bench press. 185 pounds.

i was so de-hydrated by the end i got light headed.. i went home feeling like i wanted to throw up. when i got home i took a cold shower, drank, and then threw up. felt better after. noticed my pee was very yellow.

so this has been the main side i have had. de-hydration, more sweating then usual. other then that the sides you hear about like insomnia or anger is not there. I am actually very mellow on tren. I am gonna start forcing myself to drink before bed and then when i wake up. i have been waking up very thirsty during the night so i drink up. i am easily drinking 1 1/2 gallons a day right now.. might have to up it to over 2

get your water intake up...bring a gatorade with you to the gym to sip on thru the workout...trust me it will help a ton...you can go from a terrible greuling workout to blasting shit and pumped to fuck within minutes...i get the gatorade mix and dump 2 scoops into 30 or so ounces of water...about 45 carbs but the powder is not shit sugar like soda
