Maybe I am just blonde and cant figure it out. But I am trying to put a differant pic on my avatar and I cant it always says this file is not an JMP or whatever else it excepts how to I make my pic the right sort of file.?
Anyone?

Open it in paint, do a save as and on the "save as type" line select JPEG. Continue with the save. If you go to load it and it's too big it will tell you and you can come back and resize it as needed.

hey Radar you wouldnt have any clue what might be wrong with me would ya? a pain in my left side feels lower back, just when i go to standup from sitting it hurts. its been going on for 2 months.

Its prob a pulled muscle, try standing straight and turn your body as far to the laft & right as you can,does that hurt?
I would still suggest some "stop pain" in that area & a massage.

Massage the area for 5 minutes using a hot washcloth wipe clean apply the spray.
repeat every day.
