i don't think he aspires to be an IFBB pro bro. 220 or so for a short guy is plenty big in good condition. to much bigger and your gonna look stupid and women won't like you as much (as if that really matters, but you know). unless you prefer that look, then go for it.

Can you find/afford HGH? The crap will lean you out like there's no tomorrow after about 90 days. Combine with cardio, cut your carbs, throw in a real low dose AAS, bingo.
