Okay I am moving my leg.....

I tore my quad about 2 1/2 weeks ago and have had it in a immobilizer for a week....and I an ready to take it off tomorrow...if it still is real painful I have to go in for PT...but it wasn't real bad...put the thing back on though until tomorrow
 
Move my middle leg for me.
 
i have the sam eproblem. only my pain is on the back on the knee.
bending it is hell.
sucks too, first leg workout on my diet down and this happend. i think i twisted it on squats, im not sure.
 
Yep mine was just above the knee, which he claims is becasue I injured the quad at the insertion site and the back of my knee was the worst of the pain...So I haven't walked on it for a week until this am

i cringe at some people in the gym their max squat is 315 for horrible reps..but the first set is 135 then 225 then onot a few knee jerks with 315..

learn from this gurly warmups will not make you weaker it will make you stronger..take your time going through them..i take at least a half hour to warm up for a squat workout

Hey I WALKED on the treadmill for 18 min VERY slowly and did upper body and had no problems..sooooooooooo this is progress!

A few days after my knee surgery, I got on my stationary bike at home to loosen it up and keep scar tissue from forming.

After about 3 minutes the seat (pole) collapsed while peddling and I REALLY bent my knee. It like came up to my chest. lol
I screamed like a little girl........
