I read Stephen King and Anne Rice when it comes to fiction..

but mainly I like non-fiction stuff... Fast Food Nation is a great book.. the modern day "jungle"

I found 90% of that book painfully boring, and the brief moments of interest didn't merit the time I spent reading it.

that said, it was assigned, so I had to read it - and I hate that.

I much prefer an autodidactic experience.

If it helps, I hate Great Expectations.

Dhamon: is his last name Grimwulf? Was he the lead character in one of R.A. Salvatore's novels outside of Forgotten Realms?
Malestryx and Khellendros: Huge dragons in the Chaos Age in the Dragonlance series after the God's of Krynn have left.

The other I mostly recognize but don't want to guess at and be wrong. Fill me in though nerd.

Dhamon is indeed Dhamon Grimwulf, but he's a Dragon Lance character, the hero in Jean Rabes version of the fifth age
