As I wrote about last week, I was in a car accident and injured a muscle in my lower back. It hurt like a bitch! Less than a week later the injury is gone! Shit, I pulled 475 on the deadlift last night with no pain. That was after 15 sets of pecs, 12 sets of delts, and 9 sets to pump up my triceps. I'm not even sore this morning.

if you injured just your muscle in the accident then not a big deal.. muscles heal unless they are majorly torn

your lucky isn't wasn't a disk

Yes, I was still afraid I'd miss a month from the gym even with just an injured muscle. I can't believe it took less than a week to heal to the point of deadlifting. I initially thought it was my coccyx which is why I went to the hospital for x-rays.

Just be careful. Even though it might feel like the injury is gone completely, there are probably still small micro tears in the muscle that you can turn into full tears very easily if you aren't careful.

I am a total type A person as well and give each workout 110% but be extra careful to have 100% perfect form the next couple of workouts. It's not worth risking a serious injury and being out of the gym for months.

Does not sounds like the smartest decision when you just had a severe accident. Just asking for problems to come back..

I am really glad to see that you are getting better, and you are already hitting it hard in the gym, but in spite of the fact that you are not feeling any pain now, try to be gradual, and don't lift too much just yet. Increase the weights little by little.

Yes, tren is an incredible compound. Just be careful not to increase weight too quickly when lifting. You want your joints, ligaments, tendons to gradually have an increase of workload.
