ok to have nuts while dieting?

i've been dieting hard since mid may. eat maybe 1 cheatmeal a week. but since i started these winny tabs I'M HUNGRY. only thing i've been eating to satisfy me are mixed unsalted and lightly salted nuts, sometimes a tablespoon of low sugar low fat peanut butter hear and there. is this ok to do or will it prevent me from getting lean enough to see abs. was 256, now 229. just starting to see top line on abs. gradually slowly getting leaner each week. cardio is up to 40min 5X/week. on mon increasing to 45min. just finished up a 12 week primo cycle w/ prop, tren and t3 first 6 weeks. i'm still doing clen 2 weeks on 2 off but after sun i'm done. still on proviron and nolva too w/ 50mg winny/day. i have 3 more weeks of winny and proviron. then nolva and clomid for pct.
 
as a general rule, one could have ANYTHING during a diet, provided you stay within your daily caloric limits (and that you take measures to assure your carbs/prot needs are met before filling up on empty cals).

nuts are 600 cals/100 grs.... that is quite the punch calorie-wise, taking into account a lot of people will diet in the 2000 cals/range and 100grs nuts is really NOT that much (its easy to over do it).

So, unless you are weighting them and you have your "caloric-allowance" in check, refrain from making approximations... a handfull here and there can make a whole lot of difference at the end of the week
