i've been dieting hard since mid may. eat maybe 1 cheatmeal a week. but since i started these winny tabs I'M HUNGRY. only thing i've been eating to satisfy me are mixed unsalted and lightly salted nuts, sometimes a tablespoon of low sugar low fat peanut butter hear and there. is this ok to do or will it prevent me from getting lean enough to see abs. was 256, now 229. just starting to see top line on abs. gradually slowly getting leaner each week. cardio is up to 40min 5X/week. on mon increasing to 45min. just finished up a 12 week primo cycle w/ prop, tren and t3 first 6 weeks. i'm still doing clen 2 weeks on 2 off but after sun i'm done. still on proviron and nolva too w/ 50mg winny/day. i have 3 more weeks of winny and proviron. then nolva and clomid for pct.
