OK to cap lig-clen/t-3?

I have about a million unused caps.....I tried it yesterday with the clen and seemed to work just great. Would it be possible to cap a day or two in advanced, or would it leak, or comprimise the cap somehow.

I cap mine using a slin pin as needed.

Dude where do you get these caps? I'm needing to do this myself. Links to sites I can buy them? Do you have to use a slin pin?

I hear ya man. I have never capped anything before, and really havent researched it at all. the idea intrigues me, as it seems with each passing week I add more and more supplements to my regimine. I have thought about being able to cap some of this crap and take it to work with me. Would make dieting a lot more effecient.

Anyone with some blatent newbie-esque info related to this subject that could chime in would be greatly appreciated. ;)

Also, If I plan on trying to cap all my supplements... Whey Protien, Creatine, Glutamine, Dextrose for example...

What size caps do you guys recommend?

Im just trying to figure out if it would be efficient or not. I mean, in my supplement shakes I take 1/3 a cup of Whey Isolate. Thats a lot of caps I would think... but not being very familiar with these capsule sizes and what they can hold I am unsure.

However even if I can not get 1/3 of a cup of Whey into X amount of caps, it still doesnt mean it wont be worth it. For me, I put nothing in my body between 7:30 and noon at work. I wake up at 4:30 and grab a snack and/or a shake and head to work. I eat a sausage, bacon and cheese omlette for breakfast at about 7:15. From then on no food until noon. If i could easily take some supplements with me in capsules i could pound a few down with water during that downtime and hopefully help me pack on some extra poundage along with the convenience of being able to take my creatine and glutamine (and possibly my L-Taurine and Clen etc) also.

Have any of you guys out there messed with capping your supps?
