this pic is taken today after a serious cutting phase.
i'm flat and weak but its all part of the game...
i weighed 206 pounds, 5'11, i'm guessing 9% bf.
after carb up i should be at a solid 212.
i expect to come in at 210, 7%...

The loser of this rematch will have to cough up $100 in a donation to EF. Also, the loser (which will be you) his to take a pic of himself in his bundies and put the pic in his atavar with a sign around his neck that says JA's or Satch's little bitch boy. The pic will have to remain in the atavar for 6 months. September 19th will be the rematch. In the meantime, I would hit the weights HEAVY if I were you. You're going to need to put some mass on that small frame of yours!======================
