ok pp i have a complaint.

some may say that this would be better said in a pm but i am quick to comment on the quality of your products in this forum and i also reccomend them to people in the forum so i will complain here to. i have now used 3 total bottles with the lotion type pumps on them. between dermacrine and sustain alpha. both excelent products. my problem is these pumps. they are junk i cant get the same amount out of them and with 2 out of 3 of them they leaked out of the seal at where the pump goes into the cap when i shook them. its kind of a pain in the ass and it makes it hard to get an accurate amount out of them.

Are these the new pumps? I did experience some of what your talking about with the old pumps. These new ones are way different. I get the same amount each time with no mess at all.

i dont know they are the only pump i have used. id say my orders where all placed between september and late november early december.

I still haven't used up my old bottles, and I had the same issue. I didn't really mind so much.

I'll be getting new ones soon though.
