Ok,

Im a red blooded hetero male...etc...etc... but my next cycle I wanna make some serious gains on me quads, hams and glutes.

I know this is gonna take some serious manning up...

If ya got good wheelz post em up, I need some inspiration!

Also an insight into your let routine would be greatly appreciated.

Squats followed by leg press. Alot of guys say if you can do leg press after squats you didnt squat hard enough but thats bullshit, you can do it if you put your mind to it and actually try.
 
Leg Press HEAVY and squats....I'm not plat but my thighs are around 26-27 inches I train them for 30 minutes or so a week squats and leg press..Squats I actually do lighter than leg press since I put my back out leg press does use your whole body if your going heavy.

German volume training for increasing size of the tighs is awesome. 10 sets of 10 reps of squats with a weight you would normally do for 20 reps if you would wanna go to failure, but rest only 30 segs between sets. By squats I mean ass to the floor, two times a week, if you are able to complete all 10x10 increase weight next time, during 6 weeks. Then go for 5x5 traditional program.
 
my legs need some work. My hams are starting to pop though. You see that a bit in the signature pic. That is pretty recent, they have never shown like that especially not when i'm so relaxed. That must have happened during my last cycle. I did a ton of box squats. Focusing on form you can put a lot work into the glutes and hams by sitting back correctly. Box squats helped me tremendously there.
