Ok... Just did some blood work

I just stated a cycle a few weeks ago and I had blood work done the other day .... Most of my stats are still within acceptable range for now except HDL(too low) and RDW(too high).

Also my iron levels appear very low.. I'm at 37 ug/dl on a scale of 35 to 155 ug/dl. Just barely sneaked in there on the low side. I'm concerned about that. What do you guys think?

Also something else when they drew my blood they said it was very thin, kinda of like people that take blood thinners. Any comments on that?

bro dont foregt AAS affect the prothrombin time, as in they increase it. not dramaticly but there will be a difference

What does your cycle look like? You should always take proper ancillary precautions while on....for cholesterol, take plenty of EFA's... you could also try niacin & policosinol... I personally run sesapure and glucorell... and make sure you're taking a good multi-vitamin with added iron.

multi-vitamin is one thing every one should take on or off. :)

I agree....been looking into the liquid multi called Vibe you ever used it ? supposed to be good.

iron is needed by the body to transport and store oxygen, aid in energy production and cell diffusion, help the immune and central nervous systems. low iron level could lead to iron deficiancy anemia...less red blood cells becuase less iron in the blood. vitamin c helps with iron absorbtion and you could always supplement. if you feel fine tho, fuck the tests and the numbers.

i do not supp with multi vitamins, maybe some vitamin c and that is about it. gotta figure you take 2 MRP's a day (which you should be doing) and you already got 100% of the RDA. that is w/out including your food intake....dont want to get hypervitamintosis, too much ADEK vitamins
