Ok its bad...Newbie Pics

Hey guys im new to the board, and am 19 years old. I started lifting around 4 months ago, at that time I was 205lbs @21% bf. I however, did not do cardio, nor did I have a proper diet. I am now on day 4 of my proper diet and exercise routine, so I want to journal my progress. Now I am currently at 189lbs@17%BF. My goal now is to get lean so I just want some of your guys opinions, tips, etc. Also im thinking about going on t-rex and yoihburn combo unless you guys have any better suggestions.

forget the fat burners for now bro. Get your diet in check, hop on some low intensity cardio (about 65% of max h.r), lift hard and it'll happen for you. I think you're higher than 17%, probably closer to 22-23 but that's neither here nor there. Just focus on getting leaner and stronger. Get to about 10-12% and do a really clean bulk and then cut again. That's the story to getting the body you want. bulk, cut, bulk, cut.......over and over again. It will never end and you will never be satisfied but the journey itself is gratifying so it's worth the effort. Stay off the sauce for at least 3 years (even though we all know you wont). Seriously, try to avoid the juice because you want that first cycle to really kick ass. The first is always the best, kinda like your first snort of coke or your first blowjob. Good base to start with too bro, do it right and you could be a factor.
 
I agree with my man above, stay away from the juice and get your ass on the treadmill.

Cardio + lifting + decent diet will bring you to a lean body


it will come, just takes time and hard work
 
bro when i started i had almost the same body as you the same exact frame you got, you got some potential for only being 4 months training,dude all i can tell you is eat clean eat alot but lean ,train hard do cardio in the morning with empty stomach 20 - 30 min,and then in the afternoon do another 20-30 min of cardio train hard and get some good rest,dont jump on the juice yet, you are to young you have a good amount of growing natural...

no way in hell my first blowjob was the best.....

on a better note, do exactly what they said. dont go with yohimburn or anything else right now. just diet and lift. im 19 too and trust me....... we dont need anablics. if you can actually get ur life set to a good question for eating/training nothing is ognna stop you from achieving your goal. u dont need help from steriods atm. later tho... :)
 
Good weight training will do wonders! Muscle burns fat,heavy weight builds muscle...
If i can produce,anyone can!! Yea just got to want it period! GL

Dont do cardio on empty stomach if you do your body will break down your muscle to use for fuel remember its alot less effort for your body to maintain fat them muscle work out your maintence cals and then work out how much to burn off theres no point trying to bulk up and cut at the same time do 30-40 min intence cardio a day for month or 2 strip back as much fat as possible then work out a healthy meal plan then start to weight train again this way your body will use up the extra bulking food more and it will be harder to put fat on.
 
I figured i might as well tell you guys my diet as well to see if you can give any additional pointers.

Morning:
3 scoops oats w/water/1tbs organic applebutter
1 cup skim milk w/2 tbs flax oil
or
4 egg whites
1 cup skim milk w/2 tbs flax oil

snack:
Isopure shake

Lunch:
Either turkey or chicken breast sand./on whole wheat
apple
1oz unsalted peanuts

snack:
celery
1oz unsalted peanuts
or
3 scoops oats w/water/1tbs organic applebutter

Dinner:
Usually chicken breast/2-4 tbs light extra virgin olive oil, with some red sauce
brown rice-on the side
or
wheat bread-on the side
