ok guys need help with workout plan

hey to all, im in a bind, ive been doin a football workout for the past 4 yrs, but been running my balls off also, so i could never gain any weight, i did gain about 10 pds but sorta stopped, i need a better workout plan, could enyone send me or make a mass building workout plan for me, any suggestions would b greatly appreciated, im about to start a test/deca cycle also, i need a killer ass workout tho.

Bro if you want some constructive help post a little more info :)

Age, weight, height, previous cycles, goals, all that good shit.

It will get you a lot further.
 
monday and thursday: chest and triceps
tuesday and friday: shoulders and biceps
wed: legs and back
abs eod
alternating every two weeks

I am not hear to Flame you but Natural has a point here. Gives us some more info.

As far as mass building workouts go, I find that working out Three days a week or sort of a modified power lifting routine is working extremely well for me. I am getting plenty of rest and in those three days I am hitting major lifts. Day 1: Chest/Bi's, Day 2: Back/Tri's Day 3: legs/shoulders. M - W - F . Focusing on Flat bench, Deadlifting alt. Weeks, Squats. Supersetting some of the supporting excersies ex: Incline Dumbell press with Ez Curls. All my lifts are going up so far and I am noticing more thickness. Look at the training board for different routines.

ok yeah srry forgot to add that shit, im 20, 165, wana put on alot of weight, 1st cycle, 350mg deca, 200mg test E, for 10 weeks
