hey to all, im in a bind, ive been doin a football workout for the past 4 yrs, but been running my balls off also, so i could never gain any weight, i did gain about 10 pds but sorta stopped, i need a better workout plan, could enyone send me or make a mass building workout plan for me, any suggestions would b greatly appreciated, im about to start a test/deca cycle also, i need a killer ass workout tho.
