Well, the dose of HGH u are wanting to run is generally considered a fat loss/improved quality of life type amount. 2IU's for about 6 months running it 5 days on, 2 days off as you mentioned. A general rule of thumb for EQ is that it is a total waste to run it at less than 400 a week for 14 weeks. It takes a while to kick in (about 8 weeks on average) and anything less than 400 is a waste of gear. Var should be run on average 6-8 weeks at 40-60 mgs a day, other wise you won't get much from it. I see your desire to run light cycles, but I think you are running too light.
This is where you will get a bunch of different opinions, but I beleive that even low doses of eq and var as stated above will shut you down. My research has convinved me that var will shut you down contradictory to what otehrs will say.
I think it would be better for you (depending on your cycle experience which is?????) to run the following.
HGH - 2IU's for 4-6 months, 5 on 2 off.
EQ - 400 mgs a week for 14 weeks.
Test E - 250 a week for 12 weeks.
Var - 40 mgs a day for the first 6-8 weeks until the EQ kicks in.
I personally like that cycle and am a big fan of these compounds. Others will disagree. Are you well versed on PCT? (post cycle therapy) This is VITAL to assisting you in holding onto a good portion of your gains.
What are your stats? (Weight, height, BF%, etc.)
One general rule regarding diet is to take in 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight.
