What is the most disgusting thing that you see american people doing, why is it disgusting in your opinion, and is it accepted in any other culture?
Being fat. Head over to mainland Europe and fatties are hard to find. In the US obese people are everywhere.

I'll be buff again soon.![]()
At church two weeks ago (I try to take my mother every Sunday) they had their "fourth Sunday" which is an after-church luncheon. Everyone brings a dish each etc. etc.
I sat across from a 300+ lb woman in a wheelchair. She had gauze over her eye from where she'd lost it. She was on an oxygen service. She couldn't even move her wheelchair itself. She's sitting across from me at lunch, and I'm thinking: "How is she going to do this?" She draws a needle full of insulin, shoots up, then asks my mother to go through the line for her to get food. Mom gets her a good bit of food (She figured she'd be a big eater). Then, once she's wiped that out, she asks me to go through the line for her one more time and wants nothing but sugary stuff. She points to one sugary thing after another and I'm thinking this woman is intentionally eating herself to death.
i'll still be buff when they stick me in a box. . .
Have them embalm you and you'll be buff for 100 more years.![]()

Sucking down greasy junk food is pretty disgusting, but Australians do that just as much, if not more. What is the most disgusting thing that you see american people doing, why is it disgusting in your opinion, and is it accepted in any other culture?
The obesity epidemic in America is a sad situation.. I see childeren that are 12 and 13 that weigh 200 lbs and parents have no time but to run them by McDonalds.. sad..

I have a good one. How long the American presidential goes on. It starts two yrs before the actual election.
In other countries, it's about 6-8 weeks of campaigning and press. Americans are loud and need to do everything big and annoying. Shut up already and elect a friggin prez so we can stop hearing about it.
I have several things that make me ill.
1) Lack of eprsonal responsibility. People do stupid shit, and then blame/sue someone else for it, or expect someone else to fix it, or look for the quickest fix available. Life involves consequences for our mistakes and americans in general seem to want to avoid that as much as possible.
2) The pussification of childhood. The padded playgrounds, the teachers that aren't allowed to hug a child who's crying without facing sexual battery charges, the little boy who can't kiss a girl on the cheek without getting kicked out of school - hell, I'm shocked parents haven't sued the pavement companies when their kid gets a skinned knee. I spent half my childhood with a dirty face, skinned knees, and halfway up a tree. Now that same tree got cut down because it was deemed "unsafe." Jesus tittyfucking christ, people.
Are the 'scooter people' an American phenom? I've never seen them anywhere else but in the US.

The most disgusting thing I have ever seen an american do is:
I saw an obese lady eat 3 big macs, 2 extra large fries and drink 2 extra large cups of coke while at McDonalds. It was horrible to see that.
Egocentric, inconsiderate, lacking courtesy and humility is the stereotype but hardly exclusive to Americans.

The lazy welfare recipients that are able bodied are breeding like cockroaches and the middle-class is having to pay for them to do it. Each generation of these shitbags teaches the next to follow suit. This is one of my biggest pet peaves in this country.

A LOT of other countries have remarkably stringent standards for allowing you to even come under consideration to "move in," shit, you can be virtually a millionaire and they still don't want your ass taking up space and consuming a born citizen's resources. Want to spend an eye opening afternoon, Google "How to immigrate to _________" (insert country name of choice).Don't get me started on this one. That and the open door immigration policy that lets criminals waltz into our country and set up shop or families to come in with 15 kids and jump straight on welfare and get a free place to live.
In the US they have to sneak in, here in Canada we welcome them with open arms. It makes me sick.
