ok bros need help creating a cycle ...

I'm needing some help here bros. first of all, i will give out my stats and a brief summary of my diet
216lbs , 5'10 , 16% BF. I plan to drop down to about 13% BF before I start my cycle which will put me at about 207lbs. My diet is usually around 2300-2500 cals. trying to get a meal in every 3 hours. I'm eating clean foods, got that part down.
My options are EQ, masteron, winny, primo and proviron.

I really want to run only 3 different AAS , and I plan to run the proviron no matter what.

So if any vet bros or other guys that have used these want to suggest a cycle for me to run, that would be greatly appreciated. also PCT would be helpful

Goal: to gain steady, lean muscle gains. want to be around 215 , 10% BF or less.

This is all about personal preference. If those compounds are the only things I have to choose from, then I'd run an eq/winstrol combo.
 
Is this your first cycle? If it is, then go with what Outtlaw said, EQ/Winny is a pretty standard play, and it'll be more than powerful enough for a first cycle. If it's not your first, then look at what worked for you before, and which ones act most similarly to the options you have now.

You learn as you go, but Outtlaw's suggestion is a good starting point for most people, and you seem to have a sturdy enough build to handle it.

ive ran one "HALF ASS " cycle of winny. that was my first and only cycle but an uneducated cycle.... so this is going to be pretty much my first cycle after full research


also, my training history is about 5 years now. im 22. started at 282lbs max benchin 130 to 216lbs benchin 280 max.

Id say train a little while longer and get your base a little stronger..your young and your test should be throught the roof anyway..you have all the time in the world to use gear when you get a little older...Just my .02 ...but good luck to you man.

ya im one of the guys who doesn't have "high" levels of test.... appreciate your comment tho bro
