I hate asking this being i've been doing this for so long but I am on Winny now and never before squirted it in my mouth until the other day, now I want to do this a few times a week instead of injecting but are the results the same as injecting and do you use the same amount..Thanks guys any info appreciated....

I would use the same amount.

Get some empty gel caps from a vitamin store and put the winny in those and just swollow them. Do not pre-load the caps they will melt down. Just load them before swollowing.

i just squirt in my mouth ed 50. tastes like hell but i love the effects. people say winny by itself doesnt work i disagree i am getting leaned out and some serious defination, more so then when i was on anavar. just mu opinion and results, and the hgh maybe helping also

I just drink it all the time when I use it. Its fine.
