so far i have been all talk but here we go
this is me for the next 10 weeks

i am now 302 at high around 28-30 % b.f need to get a set calipers

deit
300 grams of pro
100 grams of carbs (after workout only)
20 grams of fat (not including efa's)
1 tblsp of efa oil
7 meals a day

work out
monday chest 12-15 sets
tuesday back 20 sets
wends off
thurs legs 20 sets
friday shoulders traps 12 sets
sat arms 10 upper 12-15 lower
sun off

cardio always done on empty stomach
mon 20
tues 40
wends 60
thrus off
fri 40
sat 40
sun 20

tread mill , eliptical

vitamins
multi vit
c&e
supplaments
creatine liquid
clen

this should get me down close to where i need to be i figure 60 -80 mcg of clen ut just gotta feel it out

maybe through in some winny and primo not sure though

what do yall think ?
 
Sounds pretty good. The sets are a little high but if it works for you then go for it. Liquid Creatine is SHIT, please do not waste your $ on it. Best of luck with it bro, e-mail or PM me if you have any questions.
