Ok, after 4.5 weeks app. on Amp02 and......

First of all, id like to say I am independent and posting this on my accord. If something fucking sucks, I will tell you first hand.

I am using 12 caps of Amp02, a teaspoon of the creatine mixed in with a creatine/fruitpunch mix 45 minutes prior to working out.

I have, without question, had noticeable increases in strength that with prior training knowledge know for sure that I wouldn't have accomplished without.

The biggest advantage: Increased training ability. I can do more sets and reps and maintain strength levels longer. At the point in the workout id stop before.........I am able to keep going and going and keep using heavy poundages and the "effect" seems to increase with passing time.

My next workout I am going to try 15 minutes on the treadmill before lifting to get the stuff swirling around in my bloodstream better as usually I lift a big heavy set and decrease the load from there......however as of late after decreasing and doing a few more sets I am able to step back up and beat my first heavy sets.

The biggest disadvantage..........if you have to get up early and train in the evenings enjoy staying up later than you'd like.

I am starting my 2nd round, I only workout 3x week. I am going to order another stack.

I also use the g-covery 3x daily mixed in 70gram protein shakes.

Overall: In my experience easily worth the $.
 
I had a great 1st. workout with the "Rapid Mass Stack"

I think I'm going to be very satisfied with these supplements. I use the MCC the same way you do, mixed in with a creatine/fruit punch mixture.

Starting today I'm going to use G-covery twice every day.

Tonights biggest problem was knowing when to stop. Generally I stick to about 3 sets of exercises, tonight I destroyed the 60 pounders on hammer curls for my 7th set and wanted to do more but had to convince myself that it was time to leave. I can tell a few of the guys have become a little curious as to my recent activity.

I took the stuff mentioned above about 430pm, it's 800pm now and I feel like I could go back to the gym right now. Not only that, i've been up since 415am and was kinda tired before taking it. Nice.

Give it awhile though.......my initial experiences with this stuff as well as NOEXPLODE were pretty much immediate notices in focus but the intensity has gradually increased. I use to finish my workout before my wife and wait on her, now I get to the gym before she arrives and have her bitching because im not done and ready to go when she is. That's no shit. I've upped my protein intake to about 250 grams daily on average.

Well gonna go eat dinner and crash out. Taking thursday off. I don't take the AMP itself on off days. Can't wait to get back to the gym friday!

I was taking it with diet pepsi but with the creatine intake my body has been screaming for water and i've not had a pop in 2 weeks and found it works better with water, I drink probably 3-4 bottles at least during a typical workout and it just gets better and better. I'm still fucking ready to punch holes in the wall.

The G-covery taste like hell on it's own but you can hardly notice it mixed in with a good tasting protein powder and i've actually learned to like it mixed in better than without. I had a typo on my protein intake, I thought about what I had today and would have to put it at about 325grams.
 
Getting insane now, today being my normal light bench day and minimul other exercises turned into a grueling workout. Still pumped when I got home so I ran sprints. I hope my heart can keep up with this shit......lol. Or at least I hope lol, lol.

I throw 1 1/2 to 2 servings of G-covery into my post workout shake. My shake consist of 2 servings of non-fat milk powder + 1 1/2 serving of whey powder (vanilla) + 3 servings of Nestle, "NESQUIK" strawberry powder + my G-covery and a medium to large banana with 20 oz. of ice cold water.

635 calories, 53 grams protein, 104 grams carbs, 3 grams fat.

YUM!

Sounds tasty. My typ shake I drink 3x daily is 2cups milk and 50grams of whey and tbsp of g-cov. choc or vanilla. Nothing fancy.
