First of all, id like to say I am independent and posting this on my accord. If something fucking sucks, I will tell you first hand.
I am using 12 caps of Amp02, a teaspoon of the creatine mixed in with a creatine/fruitpunch mix 45 minutes prior to working out.
I have, without question, had noticeable increases in strength that with prior training knowledge know for sure that I wouldn't have accomplished without.
The biggest advantage: Increased training ability. I can do more sets and reps and maintain strength levels longer. At the point in the workout id stop before.........I am able to keep going and going and keep using heavy poundages and the "effect" seems to increase with passing time.
My next workout I am going to try 15 minutes on the treadmill before lifting to get the stuff swirling around in my bloodstream better as usually I lift a big heavy set and decrease the load from there......however as of late after decreasing and doing a few more sets I am able to step back up and beat my first heavy sets.
The biggest disadvantage..........if you have to get up early and train in the evenings enjoy staying up later than you'd like.
I am starting my 2nd round, I only workout 3x week. I am going to order another stack.
I also use the g-covery 3x daily mixed in 70gram protein shakes.
Overall: In my experience easily worth the $.
