I was never big on drinking gallons of water......I just figured that throughout the day I was getting enough from what I normally eat and drink......which is mostly water anyway, just mixed with some fruit juices.....I barely ever drink pop. Anyway, I"m on var and purecee now.....and noticed that I'm hitting the wall HARD in my workouts. I mean dead stop.......the strength seems to be there initially, but after just one excersize my workouts are almost done. I can't lift shit anymore........and actually get a little light headed if I try to stay semi heavy on my second excersize. My boy said that was due to dehydration, which I didn't encounter the first time I took var......so this has to be because of the added purecee. SOOOO..........how do you mother fuckers drink 2-3 gallons of water a day?? I barely make it through one gallon by the end of the day........I feel like a bloated shit by about midday.
Now I"ve got chest tommorrow and I don't want this to happen again.......otherwise I might have to drop the purecee. Can I at least mix the water with something?? make it more palateable by the end of the day..........cause after about half a gallon water is registering very low on my to do list, yeah I force it down.......but you feel miserable. Oh yeah....I also love peeing my pants 2-3 times a day too.....
