ok, about this water consumption......

I was never big on drinking gallons of water......I just figured that throughout the day I was getting enough from what I normally eat and drink......which is mostly water anyway, just mixed with some fruit juices.....I barely ever drink pop. Anyway, I"m on var and purecee now.....and noticed that I'm hitting the wall HARD in my workouts. I mean dead stop.......the strength seems to be there initially, but after just one excersize my workouts are almost done. I can't lift shit anymore........and actually get a little light headed if I try to stay semi heavy on my second excersize. My boy said that was due to dehydration, which I didn't encounter the first time I took var......so this has to be because of the added purecee. SOOOO..........how do you mother fuckers drink 2-3 gallons of water a day?? I barely make it through one gallon by the end of the day........I feel like a bloated shit by about midday.
Now I"ve got chest tommorrow and I don't want this to happen again.......otherwise I might have to drop the purecee. Can I at least mix the water with something?? make it more palateable by the end of the day..........cause after about half a gallon water is registering very low on my to do list, yeah I force it down.......but you feel miserable. Oh yeah....I also love peeing my pants 2-3 times a day too.....
 
until about 1 year ago I would have been sitting along side of you saying the same thing.... You just need to chock it down, I would not recommend trying for 2 gallons as you are have problems with one. Instead treat it like lifting per say.. Each day try to up the consumption a bit. This should get you maore and more accustomed to drinking water like its a hobby.
 
forget about extraneous stuff that we take, which some require an uptake of water.........have you noticed any performance benefits to consuming that much water? Most of the guys here drink that much water per day no matter if they're on or not........
 
I drink probably a 1-2 gallons per day. You just have to constantly drink water. Forget gatorade, forget diet coke, etc. Water and more water. I do have orange juice and coffee every morning though. The coffee would make you dehydrated enough to drink at least 20 oz. of water right there. If you do think about it...half of the contents inside mostly any juice is water.
 
My advice bud is to go to the store and buy sugar free crystal light or tang powder. I have trouble drinking 2 gallons of water. But I have no problems drinking 2 gallons of water with crystal light. At 3 calories a serving, no carbs, no fat and no sugar, it make s abig difference. I get up to 2-3 gallons without an issue

red i've been drinking 1-2gal of water a day for about 14yrs. my joints have held up real good, i believe the water has helped. and my skin also benefits, something has kept me younger looking than my age. fill up that gal jug and chug it down bro. :)
 
They have some new flavoring out now called Sensations that you add to water to give it a flavored taste. Zero everything but taste.

I hate drinking water. I could eat beetle dung if it was what I needed to grow, but somehow I just can't force down the water -- a six-pack of Diet Mountain Dew...no problem. A gallon of water? {yawn}

Anyway, these things are great. I put some in the water right before my work out today and drank a whole gallon during the work out. They carry it at Target and at Cub foods. Hell...it is catching on and everyone has something like it now. Just look for the little packets that are sized for the 500ml bottles.
