Grapeseed...its has health benefits and its thinner than most which makes filtering and injecting easier.

Sesame's usually pretty thick. If you've never tried grapeseed, give it a whirl. I've tried the main 3 plus EO. I love EO. More hassle and money to make but for me its worth it.
