Push press/jerk
not sure how much double dip I got on these
185, 4x5, then 200 x5 PR!!!!!!!

155 for 2x5 on jerk

40x5, 50x5 strict palms facing dumbell press, no back support

Incline Press

close grip, lower incline(could not get bar to touch so lowered incline
135, 185, 225 all for 3

185, higher incline, 2x5 wider grip no sets to failure

tate press
40x 2x6
20 2x20

lat/ab/bicep/grip accessory work

very good workout

now to do some sprints

Great job man that is some nice volume BTW I am doing a 225 viking in about two weeks it is gonna dbe great, leg drive baby!!!

Well. I haven't been totally lazy. I've been trying to get my shoulder back to normal and my right hamstring has been bothering me a little. I've been doing alot of grip work and started a westside routine last week so maybe it will all come together by October. I will be ready.
