lat/bi/grip/ab accessory work

did 2 farmers runs with 120 dumbells, 180 feet apiece, held them for awhile at end of 2nd run. felt good:)
 
Nice workout, I did overheads yesterday myself, then inclind d-bells and close-grip flat bench, then some shoulder and tri accessory shit.

How long have you trained varying the grip on your strict press? And have you noticed a difference in strength due to it?
 
i have done the varying grip for awhile. i just think the closer grip will have to help with lockout strength and i can use push press in competition, so i need more lockout strength as opposed to right at the shoulders.

my traps were unbelievably sore and my back was a little...which i expected bc i did more than i ever have on farmers and conans...and my arms are real bruised up and sore from the conans wheel..first time thats ever happened.
