I've only tried N2KTS once, when it came as a sample in an order.. I liked it, it definitely does its job. I like Power Chews too though.. Tough call

I'd say take it at least 6 hours before bed... Or I doubt you'll be tired. Get you a bottle of N2Sleep and that should knock you out tho.
