NACHOS ..........
I love them a lots and these are low fat nachos.....
Six 6 inch lard-free tortillas(white ehole wheat or corn)
Garlic salt
Chili powder
8 ounces shredded part0skim sheddar cheese
choped green chillies
Cut the tortillas into chip-sizes wedges and place on a baking sheet.Sprinkle with seasoning to taste.Yoast in 250 F oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.Remove from the oven and top each wedge with shredded cheese and chillies to taste.Return to the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts
For two servinngs each servin contains:
