I think this diet is causing me to lose muscle!!!!!!!!!!
I searched for my body fat % according to online fat calculations based on weight and waist. Obviously not 100%accurate but a guideline.

so according to this.. if it is at all accurate I am losing muscle while doing this diet....
But it could also just be that Im depleted when I jump on the scale...

Im gonna do this one more week and if it seems like Im still losing muscle I will have to do somthing else..

ps.. should I weigh myself the day after i carb up and full?
 
get calipers, it is pathetic that you get all riled up over that online thing. what diet are you on, ckd?

carbs after workout only. And refeed on saturdays.

Not really close to accurate. Have a caliper test done and even that is not 100% accurate but a guidline.
 
I gotta agree with everyone and say go get pinched.

At 16% bf you should have a long way before you eat up a lot of your muscle. But remember you'll always lose muscle while dropping weight (especially when your bf gets in the lower single digits).

Are you taking any Glutamine while on this diet? If not, I suggest that you start taking it. It will help preserve your muscle.

Have you ever tried the 40pro/30carb/30fat diet? This is the best diet (IMO) because you can eat this way year round. You just do some cardio and cut some cals and you are cut! No real eating changes.
 
Yeah... I usually eat that way and feel it is the easiet to follow..

But I just wanted to ry something different.
