With this CKD diet, will I still save all the muscle I have gained? After reading your article, from day 1-6, you're slowly increasing the protein, but for a 200lb person, like myself, only consuming 85g of protein for day 1 etc.. makes me wonder if I'll start to lose muscle?
I also gave the upper body workout a shot today. It was brutal. I had no energy for anything afterwards. It felt great, but I feel I did not work each muscle group hard enough?
I completed 4 sets, reps of 12-8-6-4 (first set was 12 reps, 2nd set, 8 reps.. etc..) for each exercise. Is that what you meant in the article? As for intensity, am I trying to go hard/heavy? I felt I didn't lift as much as I could.. maybe that's why I'm not sore at all?
Other than that, everything else went fine. I just want know to if I'm doing the workout right.
