Oh man what a protein shake............

Protein shakes dont get better than this, nor tastier.......

6 ounces of White Grape Juice....
5-8 medium ice cubes
1 handfull fresh raspberries
1 handfull fresh blackberries
5-6 medium to large strawberries
2 scoops of Probolic protein (40grams of protein)

Use a powerful blender to mix all that up and crush the ice...............it smells delicious (so good in fact that my sister and my girl forcefully took it from me) and tastes incredible....

Im drinking it as im typing......would like one more, but dont want an overkill (80 grams might be a tad much before bedtime)
 
problic vanilla tatses like cake mix....i down those shakes!!!! mhp has some good products...their up your mass is excellent too!!
 
Sounds like mine less the juice... (i use water :jarswim: )

• 2 scoops ISO AGB
• Handful blueberries / Raspberries / Strawberries
• 1 small banana

It's a great Smoothie :)
 
Dude, nothing beat's mine:
2 Scoops of ON's 100% Whey Protein with 2 scoops of oatmeal...
DO I hear "YUM YUM"?
 
i made a good chocolate strawberry shake after working out a few days ago... mmmmmm
 
man how do you guys do this? my regualar protein shakes with skim milk and just the mix is already 300 cals? am i using the wrong type of protein or something lol

Sooooooo good ... PWO smoothie darlin' YUM :) Plus if I take T-REX, the nana stays or I hurl .. :)

Nana kills the tartness of the berries, even tried an apple too, pretty dang good :)

Ohhh yeah, banana is to stay for good, its what gives the shake its smooth texture.............just make sure you add blackberries, it gives it unique flavor :p ...........and a load of ice....smoothie anyone?

Never tried the blackberries & I just went shopping last night danngit ... on the list to try :)
 
well this time i made another chocolate raspberry shake, but with blueberries this time, man it was gooooood!
 
i used cookies n creme from ON and a bunch of dark cherries, it tastes friggin awesome, which is good cuz i think the powder by itself is nasty, not one of their better efforts tastewise, tahts for sure

Maybe. What are you using? And you might want to cut the milk. That'd cut some calories out right there.
