My gym which is huge is getting fully refurbished with all new hammer strength machines and new free weights, I think there may be some top olympic bars and bumpers going for a fraction of the new price, oh please god let it be lol.

the olympic stuff is great if the get the quality weights and equipment. Hammer strength makes some great stuff for back but I really don't like there sholder stuff, solid equipment all around though

Yeah my thinking is that there will probably be like 30 different machines and I will find like 2 or 3 that are really good, but it is the prospect of picking up a dirt cheap bumper set that is really exciting me.

The HS wide is the shit, best pressing exercise evar. Hammer row is amazing too, it feels so 'right'
