I know I've been MIA for a little while now, but I figured I would stop by and say hello and see what everyone has been up to.

Hope all is going well with everyone.

I've been crazy busy, and in the process of a slight career shift as my involvement with a marine conservation organization gradually increases. Lots of travel in the past few months, with some more coming up (possibly fiji, possibly hong kong, definitely Rhode Island and Vegas, probably back to San Diego before the summer is over), as a representative of my organization.

Better than I have been in a long time...I'm excited about the things I'm doing and excited about some of the opportunities that might be coming (including a tv project, if we can work out some political snags...but that's very much in question at the moment). I've gotten to meet and collaborate with people who are like heroes to me, and it's only the beginning.
