I have bin working out what seems like all my life but only the last 2 years strait non stop.I have all ways stuck to the basic compound lifts.its time I start getting into adding other stuff now.shit I'm big enuff I need the deff now.

40lbs got on the scale at 205 today.all my lifts are up exept fore my back wich has bin falling since I went to jail and got off cycle.now that I think of it I really need to work on my back.

well I swiched to a db row fore a wile then when I went back to the cable bb I found I lost some.all so my behind the neck lat pull droped to like 190lb from 260
moslt because they had no late mechen in jail and then when I was on house arrest I could not realy work lats at all.70lbs is a big drop and it has bin hard to get motavated about my back work outs since then.

ya I am planing to go natty fore all most all the winter.then do one bulk and a cut at the end.I;m doing all nat cut till then.

Then forget strength right now... just go balls to the walls, train your ass off and eat right you'll probably gain some LBM if your like me :evil:
