Yeah, it's best to train at the gym, but some of us train at home. You can reach your goals and train like a beast with just a few basic pieces of equipment.

So, post up what you have here. Review your equipment if you like. Post a pic or two. Hell, maybe we should even have an EF group for those that train at home.

So, I'll start off-

Parabody 843 power rack w/ lat tower & Low row, dip bars
Parabody adjustable flat, incline, decline bench
Two Olympic bars
EZ Curl Bar
About 800 lbs Olympic weights
Olympic dumbbell handles
Country Power Power Hooks (these are awesome)
Sundance spa
Old Nordic Track skier

And that's most of it! What you got?

I don't workout at home but those power hooks look pretty good. I'd like to get a set to bring to the gym, for those days when I don't have a spotter to hand the weights to me.

They're worth it. They attach and are removed easily and to me are a must if you're lifting without a spotter...

I have an EliteFTS sled and about 400 pounds of weight. A 35 pound kettlebell. All sorts of grip implements.

You have a sweet set up. I would like to get my own rack one day. I do like training in commercial gyms though.

I used to just have the plain basics and have 1 barbell, 1 EZ bar, 1 Neutral Grip Tricep Bar, Some DB's, ankle weights, pullup bar, load of weights and some light grippers.. then I joined a gym which is so much better :p

i usually workout at home

i have a bench rack that you can higher that turns into a squat rack

barbells:
2 sest of 2.5 lbs 5 lbs 10 lbs 25 lbs 35 lbs 45 lbs

dumbbells:

and a home gym thing that i can do tricep extensions on, lat pulldowns and all of that stuff

and EZ bar, Olympic 45 lb bar

treadmill

decline slap thing for abs

incline bench

thats all in my basement

i have a bowflex extreme 2. biggest waste of 2200 in my life. It's a peice of shit. I just fell for the commercial.

Yeah, now is probably the time to put it on Craigslist. With the new year resolutions I'm sure there will be plenty of Bowflex commercials on and that can only help you sell it.

Soloflex was even worse.

I have trained at a lot of gyms over the years. Great ones and shitty ones. I may still go to a gym here and there but for me there is something about just being able to knock out all your lifts at home...

There is one listed in Cleveland for $800. And an "Extreme" for $950. I'd look at the craiglist in your area and see if any are listed. You could also do Ebay or your local paper.

Get what you can for it. Back in the early 90s I fell for the Soloflex, but sent it back within the first 30 days. I think that thing was worse than the Bowflex but I've only seen the Bowflex at the sporting goods store...

dont mean to be a dick but iv got to say i didnt fall for anythin.. i just stuck to free weights :evil:

Heh.. I almost fell for the bowflex thing before. The ads were good when they first started realling coming out. I was like.. "Holllly Shit"..
