Yeah...our gym has a co-ed "family" locker room with big shower rooms that lock and stuff. I just know I'm gonna run into a couple in there having "family" time one of these days, lol
 
a retard who got banned from another gym i used to workout at, just joined the one i'm at now. fucking retard always grunts and screams like he is going for a world record. he also throws the weights and dumbells around. i mean he lauches them. the reasons why he got banned from the other gym.

I don't go to the gym but I work out at home.
Actually, my dr. told me not to exercise until after my 6 week post-baby visit. He said that no one gets approved to work out until after week 6 visit(I had a c-section) BUT I had a hard time following orders since I felt fine. I do some push ups and some stuff on the treadmill. I don't do HIIT or run for miles..... but I try to get in 20-30 minutes of light jogging. Dr. prolly wouldn't like it but it makes me feel better than doing nothing, plus, I have not had any problems from it.

Wow, I know with a c-section, it's kind of hard to comply to dr's orders when they tell you not to pick up anything heavier than a gallon of milk and you have a baby! Hello?! LOL!

ANyway, that treadmill is so good for your mood too. Helps me.

Exactly. A ton of those rules are for liability because some people might have problems. I understand WHY they tell everyone the same rules....... but i couldn't follow them.
 
I have been doing boot camp at the park during the week. I refuse to step foot in the gym for a little while longer. I tried going to the gym and no parking then I get in and no cardio machines open so I walked back out. I cannot wait until the new yrs resolution crap is over. I will hit up the gym tomorrow since weekend are not bad.
 
its been hard as fuck for me to get in the gym...

been working from 9:30 to 8:30 every weekday and working on my marketing project on the weekends.


i need to start waking up at 6am everyday :(

kinda hard when you get home and need time to unwind.

i'm hungover as fuck all day, might do some chest after i take a nap.

went to sleep at 5:30am, woke up at 8:30 to go to work. walked in still drunk
 
today is ez day. . .bench press 135x10, 225x10, 225x10. . .pull-ups (close-grip with v-bar) 1 set, 10 reps w/no weight, 2 sets 10 reps with 45lb plate. . .20 mins of cardio. . .abs. . .
 
I worked out my fat belly by eating a large cheese pizza and cookies and milk

had my PWO shake.

ate 2 cans of tuna with fat free plain yogurt and balsamic vinegar.

having grilled chicken in an hour.

gorilla.
 
ive started working out again, tits are hurting like hell, every movement is like 'ow this fucking sucks'

cant wait to be back at the point where DOMS doesnt happen anymore

today was my run day, ran about 5 miles in the arctic cold.
haven't lifted in about 3 weeks due to being at this boot camp, just started back on monday...first day back squatted 315 5*5 relatively easy
i'm huuuuugggggggeeeee

. . .even though it's ez day. . .i have a couple of corporate tax returns that i gotta put to bed before i go. . .so i probably won't get to the gym till midnight or there abouts. . .fridays ain't what they used to be :(

gonna go back to custom healthy meals delivered at my office for the week..never have any time to fuckin cook anymore. will save me a shitload of time. its all bodybuilding food...sweet potatoes, chicken, fish etc.

on derma and hc.g and still making gains

planning for another cycle within a month or so

2008 is the year for the body i always wanted

my diet and training is in check. i have the discipline, motivation and resources. now it's time to make the goddamn thing happen.
