I never said that I thought discussing politics on a chat board makes me intelligent. You, on the other hand, believe the exact opposite. I think my life experiences make me smarter than the av-er-age bear.

You know whats really pathetic? Lying about being in the SAS. The funny thing is is that I could probably start studying Nuclear physics and get a pretty good handle on it after a few years. You, on the other hand, will never in your lifetime be able to get a handle on the physical and mental strain of military service along with the experience of serving your country. Unlike your knowledge, that is something you cant learn in any book, which probably elevates it to a level far beyond any sort of science.

Fonz, yeah i just got some ab solved and i'm gonna use it 2 or 3 times a day. Not sure yet, what do you think is better? I'm not really dieting but hopefully the absolved works well with just that thrown into the mix??? And whats the deal with taking fish oil with ab-solved?

Fish oil + Ab-Solved? I have never heard of that one.

Fish oil(Gel caps) is more for increased glucose uptake and fat oxidation overral. Ab-Solved actually works at the site of application in my case. Dieting obviously magnifies the results, but as long as you don't go crazy on the carbs, it will work. Isometric diet works best for Ab-Solved IMO.

If you're not dieting twice a day. AM and PM. I only use it PM because it makes me sweat around my ab region if I use it in the morning. Just uncomfortable when i'm in class, nothing major.
