I sitting here reading the board when I hear dogs barking like crazy in the back yard. I look out my door and see some dude in my back yard with a flashligh. I watch for a while and see my shed door open. I grab my pistol and go around the front in my boxers. I'm thinking I'm going to catch this bastard and then call the cops. Turns out is is a cop. There is a park behind my house and some kids were smoking pot and ran into my back yard. The cop freaked out when I flew around the corner with a gun. He said he was 2 second away from shooting me. Scarry huh. Rember this is OK and we all sleep with guns. Just had to tell you guys about my scarry night.

I'm all for gun control , I believe that everybody should be tought at a young age to properly shoot and properly handle a fire arm. Then thier would be less law suits for people getting wounded instead of killed

That could be said about England where there are cameras on every street corner watching your movements. You might be "safer" but at what price, I don't think somone watching me all the time with a camera is in my best interest.

Look at Australia. They baned guns and crime rate is the highest its ever been. Murders and armed robbery are way up and home invasions doubled. They are now thinking they made a huge mistake by doing this. But what can they do after they cut you great grandpaws gun in half that has been in your family for generations, say oops we goofed?

wow bro... the only reason guns should be banned, or at least have laws more strictly enforced is for the gun toting morons who think it's okay to go around killing people... I've fired guns before, at a range - many times, but I don't think guns should be so readily available to every person that might want one.... You have to admit there is an alarming rate of psychotic and moronic people in this country who would go shoot up everything and anything if someone or something pushed the right buttons...

Have you ever bought a gun? They gun background checks to make sure the phycos dont buy guns legally. There are several restrictions own who can own a gun. There are several on the form about having ever been admitted to a mental home etc.
The phycos get guns from the street. If they baned guns only the criminals would have them. that scares me. I like the peace of mind knowing that if someone breaks into my house that I can defend my family.
