i just took one from my parents house but i dont have the recepie/instruction book how long does it take to grill a chicken breast and a steak?
is this machine any good alltogether?

It's one of the greatest inventions for someone like myself that can't have a gril due to apartement restrictions. Depending on the thickness of the chicken, you can cook one in about 4-6 minutes. I can put four eye round steaks that are about 6 ounces a piece and they will be done in literally 3-5 minutes. I like them mid rare so that make a difference but the thing is awesome

ok so i'm gonna be the asshole here. i hate that fuckin peice of shit. everything is too dry. and it burns ground beef .if you can only get like 80% lean beef then its good cause the fat will run off. other that that i use a pan or my grill.

Good shit man i love those grills. And you don't need the book to see how long to cook it...lol..it depends on the size. Take a look at them after about 5 min, you should be able to tell if they're done or not, at least i hope you can...

Just slice a small cut in the center of the meat you're cooking while still on the grill. You can tell by that how done it is.

I have one but, I'm too damn lazy to clean it all the time so I use my grill 365 rain, sleet or snow 90deg or 0 deg, my neighbors probably think I'm nuts when it's snowing & I'm outside grilling. I think it makes the meat taste awesome, the meat is also kinda pale looking compared to grilling. I lived off of this thing when I was on the road all the time, everyone else was eating junk food I was preparing meals o my foreman grill in the hotel room. A foreman, a cooler & a microwave & I'm set.

I use mine about everyday also. If your food is turning out dry then try not to cook it as long, it will make a difference. Also you can try rinsing it with water before cooking the extra water seems to help from keeping the food from drying out.

Peace

The grill is da shit! Just got one the other day and its so much more convienent than the barbecue. Plus its easy to clean.:)

I love my Foreman grill. Even when I grilled salmon and stank up my apartment with it.:p
