I can't belive this shit. I am well busy at work leading up to Christmas £1million piece of kit to deliver ( NO SHIT) And my company want me to spend next thursday morning doing a 'Manual lifting course' Can you belive this shit the heavyst thing i have to lift weights about 20kg (42lb) !! and i am the only mofo that can lift it.

Had to vent but i am so busy and i can't get out of this stupid course so may be i can have a bit of fun with it.

Good idea 'testalot' i bet they still get me to do the course though i just won't beable to 'demostrate new lifting techniques' lol you guys should see the course contents its funny shit we have already renamed it form 'Manual lifting' to 'Masterbation' it makes for a good read i will try and create a link but i'm not to hot with computers so i might not be able to.
