I have a moderate metabolism - right in the middle. I can gain a bit easier than I can lose though.
I hear ya' Casual. I only get around the same amount on a normal day by which I follow my appetite. I hate having to force-feed, it's unpleasant, but must be done.
CCJ - bodyweight is climbing? Do you do any cardio at all? If anything, I'm guessing sprints. If so, how often and such?
