Is it imperative for one to gorge themselves in the off season to gain quality weight?
What would be the best way for someone to gain maximal amounts of muscle without getting fater, therefore staying at like 7-8% body fat throughout the winter?
Would it be best to eat a lot of calories but keep carbs low after a certain hour and eat a lot of essential fats instead? I am 210 at 5`8
