off gear and i strained both biceps coincidence????

my cycle ended about 2 -3 weeks ago and i just strained both of my biceps.... is this just a coincidence or am i more susceptible to injury now??

What did your cycle consist of? Heavy androgens tend to make your muscles get bigger and stronger than your tendons. Your tendons can't keep up and sometimes strains/tears occur. A-bombs are notorious.
 
I also think people tend to work out harder to keep their gains, or force themselves to use the same weight/reps as they were at the end of a cycle. I think this is a mistake, and can lead to injury. People should accept that there will be a slight degredation in performance and recovery and if anything, slightly reduce the amount of work/weight done at the gym.

ummm i was on equipoise and deca... 12 weeks 400 mg per week
