I just finished an oral cycle of 30 mg/ed of dianabol for 7 weeks... How long does it take to start losing my gains ?
For my PCT im going to me taking novaldex
i just want to know when i should expect some mass loss after this cycle

You won't lose gains, besides water weight, if you run a proper PCT. Nolvadex is not enough, at least add clomid to the mix.

I lost 3 lbs. but all water weight. If you keep your calories up and do a good PCT you won't lose muscle unless you are above your genetics potential.
I used Forged PCT, Unleashed and Primordial's Sustain Alpha.

After a cycle like this just nolva is ok for pct bro... Adding in Sustain Alpha is ok but its not (needed) and nether is adding clomid... You will lose some water weight though. should start losing that soon...

Keep eating and training right and you will be fine.
