Off Dbol and feel weak, what is going on???

So I am off my Dbol as I said in a thread I started yesterday and now I just feel weak. I am still on 500mgs/wk of test e and I just finished week 5. My strength gains are not climbing as much as they were on the Dbol and things have seemed to slow down. I am also not putting weight as quickly. I understand the Dbol "bloat" but I really didnt reatin much water when I was taking it. I was taking armidex to keep that in check. Any thoughts as to why this is? I know the test is good, actually its been tested so thats not the problem. This is my first cycle. Any chance test hasn't kicked in fully yet or what? Any advice, tips or info would be awesome. K for help!

Could be your diet needs adjusted. Or you need more time for the TEST to kick in.
 
Whats your diet like? Did anything change in your diet since you stopped taking dbol? How many calories are you eating ed?
 
To be honest I am having a serious hard test eating. I am probably at 3000-3500 cals. Protein is at 350-400g per week though. The food can make a huge difference I am sure huh. Cals or protein more important? Basically both but I a
guessing at this point I need to up my cals. Is it possible that the test e has not kicked in?
 
Why are you eating below your maintenance level in calories? You need to be getting over 5k cals a day man. I'm sure the test is kicked in but strength and weight gains will naturally slow down some when you drop the dbol.
 
To be completely honest I probably am closer to 4000 cals per day but it is neary impossible for me to eat more than that. Do you think just upping my cals a bit more will make a huge diff.

Did you stop the adex when you dropped the dbol? Estrogen rebound? I've had two boughts with adex and estrogen rebound, and they left me pretty weak for at least a week. It was like one day I woke up and couldn't left near what I was lifting. Just curious if you have some estrogen rebound going on. That's why aromasin is my choice now.
 
dbol gives a big stregnth gain. dbol is a powerful steroid. when you stop it you are removing a verry efective part of your cycle.

you diet is also small. i cant see 3k cals being enough. try to at least up the protein to 2.5-3g per lb of bw.
 
I did dbol for first 4 weeks along with liquidex. Gained 15lbs. Starting wk 7 sus. Maintained strength maybe extra rep but weight has been the same. Diet the same. I'm 182 lb eating 3600 cals.
 
Your gains will only be as great as the weakest link in the chain. When things come to a screeching halt over training is the first place to look(which includes lack of sleep), next is diet which may include vitamins or minerals you are deficient in. They could be holding up the whole process.
 
If you absolutely can't eat whole foods then drop a low fat weight gainer in there for an extra few hundred cals a day...

Also 300-400g of protein a week doesn't sound like enough... I'd say closer to 250 a day!
 
I train like a monster in the gym. Have increased intensity and volume. Sleep min 8hrs. What if my sustanon was bunk? Would I be losing weight and strength as soon as I stopped the dbol? Weight has been same for 3 weeks.
 
I wouldnt stress mate, i find I really notice test e after 6 full weeks! when run at 500mg
Im on a similar cycle to you atm, your eating nowhere near enough for your weight!
If your having trouble, blend up some fine oat powder/eggs/Whey/Lite Milk and a healthy fat like extra virgin olive or coconut oil , flavour to taste and sip on that throughout the day in between meals.
Doing that gives me plenty of calories :)
